Hi Temmy, sure. For our grids with a side panel included, we have a parent frame housing the side panel and the grid. The parent frame has auto-layout with horizontal layout.

For the frame's children layers, the side panel's width/height is set to fixed, and the grid's width is set to fill.

This should allow the grid to respond as the viewport shrinks or grows, as the panel stays to the right or left, depending on your panel functionality.
